I'm a therapist, author, and former infertility patient who understands firsthand how overwhelming and isolating this journey can be. After years of navigating the emotional and medical chaos of infertility myself, I began creating the tools I desperately needed at the time: space to reflect, language for what I was feeling, and support that didn’t minimize the grief involved.

But it doesn't need to be. Even in the hardest seasons, connection is still possible. You can build a deeper relationship with yourself, stay grounded in your partnership, and find a community that understands the complexity of what you are carrying. With the right support, you can feel cared for and seen, not just as a patient but as a whole human navigating an incredibly challenging experience.
This journal was born from the gaps I lived through: the quiet moments between appointments, the overwhelming emotions, and the deep need for something to hold onto. It offers prompts, grounding exercises, and space to process the maze of infertility with honesty and compassion. If you're a clinic or organization that works with infertility, I also provide complimentary copies or postcards for your lobby to help support your patients.

I offer trauma-informed workshops and trainings for clinics, support groups, and communities who want to better support individuals and couples navigating infertility. My work blends clinical expertise with lived experience and is designed to give people a place to breathe, reflect, and feel seen again.Upcoming workshop dates will be listed here soon.
